There comes a time in the life of every shopper when you will wish you hadn’t placed that order. This could be due to a number of reasons such as finding a better deal, finding a better product or maybe, you just realise that you would need the money for something else. What every the case maybe, if you placed an order on Zaful and changed your mind, you can still cancel the order as long as the item has not been shipped or if you have not paid for the order.
If you have not paid for your order and which to cancel, just log in to your Zaful account, go to your order list and select the order you which to cancel and click the cancel button.
If you have paid for your order but wishes to cancel it before it is shipped, you can follow the same process as outlined above or contact Zaful customer service as soon as possible.

Zaful made it clear that you cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped. This is because the order is already on its way to your house and there is no way to intercept it and bring it back. But you have other option which is return.
With Zaful, you can return an item within 30 days of receiving it and get full refund if you are not satisfied with the products. What happens to my coupon if I cancel my Zaful order? Will the coupon return to my account?
The short answer is no. Once a Zaful coupon has been used and applied to an order, the coupon becomes invalid and you can no longer use it again. However, you can still find other Zaful coupons on this page that you can use to still get discount on your orders.
